I'm a foodie and bbq is what I like to jam on. I frequent this store, lusting after all the products for my bbq needs. They have sample bottles so that you can taste a spice before you buy it and they service all their grills. If you catch them on the right day, they may even have some bbq for you to sample! This is a pricey joint, yes. But you get what you pay for and the staff is very knowledgeable. You should check it out sometime. I always learn something new when I stop by.

So I was in here shopping for a high end grill to spend $$$ and as I was talking with someone, my elderly mom comes in to use the restroom and she was turned away. Was told we wasn't good enough to use their restroom. .so I must not be good enough to buy from them. Oh well.

I enjoy the products they sell, but I have more knowledge about bbq in my pinky than the entire staff does combined.

AndrewTTU is absolutly right, this guy is a complete tool. I usually try to support small business but I am glad I can buy online after meeting the man that owns this business. He would rather be right as to be the president. Now about the prices, he only handles really high end stuff so its hard to find a competitor, but the lack of customer service and abundance of his self rightousness is enough to make you settle for less or look elsewhere. I hope everyone reads this review b/c you might want to hear this before driving to this establishment. My experience: Roughly about a week ago i decided to drive about 20 minutes to this location b/c I have just recently put myself into the market of buying my personal bbq pit.
