Ricardo and the team at OAKM did an amazing job with our outdoor kitchen and we couldn’t be happier. Honestly, we would have been lost without Ricardo’s advice and guidance with the design. He explained what would and wouldn’t work in our Alfresco area and without any of the up-selling that often happens with sales people. I contacted Oakm based on their glowing 5-star reviews but was left extremely disappointed. Initially, I spoke with Cathy on the phone and sent my requirements via email on 12/09/2024. I received a prompt reply stating, “We will get back to you next week with a starter design for you to look at.” However, after many days of silence, I followed up on 24/09/2024 with another email—no response. Ricardo was exceptional. Clear and thoughtful design, which he was happy to iterate until we found the one that worked the best. He measured and templated, helped us select stone and finishes and managed all the trade. The kitchen looks absolutely mint, with all the small details - like flashings and magnetic door closes all thought of and installed. Despite the extremely high quality of service, the price was very competitive and the job finished swiftly. Could not be happier.
