FIVE STARS!!! Amazing, fast and knowledgeable!!! 2 other shops here in town couldn’t figure out the problem, but Dustin did! Had it back on the road in less than 2 hours! Thank you so much Dustin!
My truck was down for a month and had been towed to 3 separate shops in that time frame and I brought it to Outcast and in a matter of 2 hours Dustin had my truck up and running like new... unbelievable!! I can't express how happy I am to have my truck back, I will be bringing my truck to Outcast for EVERYTHING.
I won't take my truck anywhere else... Period! My truck was having problems. I took it to four different dealerships for a total of 6 weeks without a vehicle, and they couldn't figure out what was wrong. I then brought it to Outcast Diesel. Within a couple hours, he had it diagnosed. Ordered parts and had it repaired, two days TOTAL time!
I had my truck stalled on the interstate and it was cold and pouring down rain. Turned out to be just a loose fuse, and they had me on the road in no time. Very knowledgeable friendly prompt service. Above and beyond any place I've been.
