Incredible ability to troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues that no one would have found. Great communication and very easy to work with.
Carlos is the only mechanic I trust with Bradley Cooper (my Mini Cooper, not the actor... although if the actor needed work done, I'd probably send him here too). Every time I've brought Bradley in, Carlos and his team have been incredibly quick, honest, and reasonably priced. They always explain what's needed without trying to upsell a bunch of unnecessary stuff, and I've never had a single issue with any of the work they've done. Got my engine out and took parts off and bought parts for 5200. Then gave me parts back with a check to pay Professional Machine and the check bounced. After 1 year that my truck was being worked on and machined and was ready for pickup in November at Pro Machine it never happened. They are still waiting for you to pay them Carlos its not fair that i have to now. Sorry PLEASE go elsewhere for your rebuild needs or do it yourself.
Carlos was awesome to work with. Great customer service and prices were excellent. The repairs were done quickly and our mutual customer was able to get back on the rod.
