After shoulder surgery, friends warned me that PT would be so painful. Although challenging at times, PT was amazing. They actually took a slower pace than I wanted! I was ready to get back to normal. Their patience and explanation of why I was doing what I needed to do was appreciated. Highly recommend. Megan and Brooke are excellent!
