No answers to questions doesn’t one what equipment is and then says buy this bike even though we have an 1600 doller bike
I’m on holiday in Peachland and discovered the front tyre of my bike had a puncture and called Glenn (the owner) and he said bring it in. I dropped off the wheel and went to shop for some groceries and by the time I returned the repair had been completed. I was very impressed with Glenn’s demeanour and professionalism, thank you Gregg for such a timely repair and a fair price. I have no hesitation recommending Outbound Cycle to anyone looking for professional and courteous service for their cycling needs.
Very fairly priced and excellent service! I needed new tires, and Glen was super helpful and knowledgeable. He very generously sized them on and even tweaked my brakes before I came to pick it up. Will definitely be coming back for all my future bike needs.
Brought bikes in for a tune up and was told they’d be done after 2-3 days 2 weeks later I returned to find they hadn’t touched either of the bikes. Seems like a lack of professionalism, won’t be back.
