Stay away from this drunk! I paid him $2800 up front for parts for my Mercury. 5 months later after calling and calling with him making every excuse in the book, I just went and got my boat. He never laid a wrench on it. Forget about talking to him after 12 Noon because of his drinking. I am still trying to get my money.
Very poor quality of work. My engine went for a overhaul and came back 5 weeks after it was promised and I had to help reassemble some of it . A couple of parts weren't put back on the engine like the choke rod and several bolts and nuts were missing. Part of the job was to change the fuel and water separator and I found out the hard way that it wasn't, in the intercoastal waterway when the engine quit running. Would absolutely not recommend this guy to anybody else close to 3k in repairs and now I'll have to fix it myself.
