Had a lower unit failure on my Yamaha 250SHO on the water. The prop shaft twisted completely off in the middle - never heard of that before, that’s saying Alot at 63. Roberta, Mike, Jeremy, and everyone, literally that I came in contact with were great! Replaced the lower and got me out the door in some NASCAR time limit (I’ve never experienced that level of accurate- excellent customer service in my life)! I live over an hour away from the business…. It will ALWAYS be worth the drive.
