We paid for four and a half cubic meters of concrete blend at this family owned outback supplies business, they delivered us with what they said was four and a half meters for a three and a half cubic meter job in our back yard, we only got enough to do two meters with half a meter left over so no where near finished, they ripped us off two cubic meters, We went down told them showed them photos of everything including the left over blend, he looked up what he said was bucketed into the truck he said was one cubic meter buck... read more
Ordered 4.5 cubic mtrs of concrete blend for a 3.8 mtr job received enough to do half the job. Remeasured twice to confirm my measurements and I comes out at 3.6 mtrs so should have a heap left over. Photos show what we have done and the amount of blend left. Nowhere near 4.5 mtrs. Ask about it showed me truck being loaded with 5 buckets which I believe is the 1/2 mtr bucket which comes out at 2.5 mtrs which is what we were able to do. So don't trust them with what your getting.
