Bloomin onion was overcooked and they replaced it and took it off our bill.
I have not been here in awhile. The hotess was great, the waitress was great, the food and prices were great. AND especially the take a MEAL Home for $10.00 !!! The only disapointment was not having the finished dishes removed from the table🤷Do they have the tables bused? The waitress did not remove the dishes, but I guess she was busy taking care of customers🤷 So only negative was having all these dirty dishes not removed from the table. BUT, will not stop us from going back to the Outback
Center cut sirloin was difficult to cut, and chewy
Kai was the best server and I just want management to let her know, actual management, how much she is loved and appreciated. She is professional and kind and grew from host to server. - give her good shifts. Good employees don't come along often.
Admittedly I was very disappointed. My companion and I, decided to enjoy a nice steak dinner selecting Outback As our restaurant of choice. She selected a prime rib, and I chose the ribeye. My companion has multiple food allergies and when placing our order we reported this to our server a young lady named Kelsey. When we received our meals much to my companions disappointment, the prime rib was dry and flavorless, and as it turns out my ribeye was overcooked and also dried.
