This restaurant clearly doesn’t care about delivery drivers. We’re required to wait in the car at the deli pickup area, even though the food is usually already prepared and sitting on the shelf (we can even see it through the door). Yet no one comes out for around 15 minutes, leaving drivers just waiting. As a result: 1. The food ends up cold for customers. 2. Drivers get bad ratings for late deliveries. 3. I treated my guy to a steak dinner for his birthday recently. We had a very enjoyable experience. We asked to sit in a booth behind the bar to watch NFL. Our server, Dallas, was very friendly and personable. We all shared a few laughs. We appreciated his service. He was very attentive. The food was very tasty. This is the best Outback I have ever visited. Everything we ordered was extremely good. We ordered rib eyes, chimichurri filet, baby back ribs, NY strips, onion soup, loaded potato soup, salad, cookie skillet, chocolate thunder, etc. We drove 1 hour and 40 minutes to get here and we don't regret it. The service of of our waitress was amazing as well. Keep it up guys!
