Staff are friendly and helpful, lots of selection of units.
The Folks at Outback RV saved my bacon! I had a bearing failure that ground me to a halt half way on a 2700 mile journey. Outback RV had me come in to the parts office with the little leftovers of my bearings, and quickly determined the correct bearings I needed. They had the whole brake and hub assemblies with the bearings already packed in stock. That was especially useful because the brakes were also in bad shape. Amazing customer service. They quickly identified my problem and worked to have it covered under my one year warranty. Parts we delayed from the manufacturer so rather than me having to come from Calgary to unhook the batteries, they kept my trailer warm, indoors. Extra service that made a huge difference to me.
Our trailer awning was damaged beyond repair on the Labour Day weekend. We worked with Linda at Outback RV Service and got the insurance sorted, the awning ordered and installed before the end of November, not in the spring as we had expected. Communication with Linda, both via email and telephone, has been prompt and efficient to get this work done this quickly. The install was arranged immediately. The technician went over things with us when we picked up the trailer. First class service all round. Highly recommended!
