ZERO STARS!!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE!! HAD A GRAD PARTY AND THEY JUST LEFT IT IN MY DRIVEWAY (MIDDLE OF MY PARTY) NOT IN THE BACKYARD WHERE I WANTED AND SPECIFIED ON THE FORM. WASP NEST WAS ON THE SIDE OF THE UNIT AND MY DAUGHTER WAS STUNG. THEY CAME TO PICK UP, ZERO NOTICE, NO CALL, NOBODY KNOCKED. WE WERE BOTH HOME BUT THEY DECIDED TO WEDGE IT BETWEEN MY TRUCK AND OUR PARTY TENT. THEY BENT THE TENT POLES IN 2 PLACES AND THE ENTIRE TENT COLLAPSED ON TOP OF MY TRUCK.
