Horrible customer service. The lady scheduling appointments was very friendly but it took 2 weeks to get an appointment to have my septic pumped. When my appointment came up no one ever showed up or call. I called the office to get an update on my appointment and she tells me he’s still out there and would be on his way. NOT! No one ever showed up or even tried to reach out to me to apologize and maybe reschedule. Guess their not pressed for new customers or good reviews, they have all the business they need
