On Monday, September 8th of last year (2025), I was having a pretty rough day and went to physical therapy with accessibility aids (so I was visibly disabled). I was waiting for my appointment to start when the woman across from me started glaring at me and smirking, clearly being weird about me being disabled (if you are too, then you know what I mean). Have had an awesome experience top to bottom with Outback Physical Therapy. I have been going to Kristin for back and hip pain from running/biking. Kristin has put together an amazing customized plan that has me back and active. Scheduling, rescheduling, and working with insurance has been extremely easy!
I ruptured my left quadriceps tendon in February. Since then, I have worked with Riley Simons at Outback Physical Therapy. She has been awesome. After only two months, I could walk 115 km of the Camino de Santiago. I highly recommend her and Outback. The surgeon's office that repaired the ruptured tendon said they are the best PT group in the area and were right. Thank you, Riley!
I went to Outback Physical Therapy for over 5 months due to an injury from a car accident and had such an amazing experience! Kristin was wonderful, she was very attentive, asked me a lot of questions to help better understand my issues as they came and went, and was very thorough in explaining different exercises I could do at home.
