Fantastic old fashioned service from Outback Mechanical when I was stranded with a contaminated fuel filter for my VW Amarok This business was absolutely flat out, I gave them no prior notice as the Ute suffered fuel contamination the day before, however they assisted immediately to get my Ute operational. Great service and a very decent business to deal with.

Johan and his team went above and beyond to help me out. I was stopped in a rest stop almost 100km out of Alice Springs with a failed alternator. They transported my 4wd back to Alice and fitted a new alternator all in a day, even whilst they were very busy helping other motorists. I can’t thank them enough and highly recommend their service and commend them for looking after me in my time of need.
Received excellent service when our vehicle needed to be towed back to Alice Springs. The driver even organised a mechanic to take it to as he couldn’t do it for us.
