Encountered a young man operating this company's branded truck and boat at a public ramp. The driver displayed highly unprofessional behavior and aggressive conduct toward a woman waiting to use the ramp. This lack of composure and poor public behavior reflects very poorly on the business. I would not recommend doing business with a company that represents themselves this way in public.
David (Outback Marine) installed a floating dock for us roughly about 10 years ago or so. He mentioned that at some point in time well in the future it may begin to come unhooked from the posts. That happened yesterday. I texted David, and he responded immediately and his guys were at my property in about 20 minutes as they were in the area. They fixed the issue and the price was fair. The owner of this company feels like he doesn't have to pay his former employees. He currently owes 3 ppl who used to work for him money. David, the owner, was very helpful and did an excellent job on our dock. He is very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We will definitely do business with him again!
