David (Outback Marine) installed a floating dock for us roughly about 10 years ago or so. He mentioned that at some point in time well in the future it may begin to come unhooked from the posts. The owner of this company feels like he doesn't have to pay his former employees. He currently owes 3 ppl who used to work for him money. David, the owner, was very helpful and did an excellent job on our dock. He is very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We will definitely do business with him again!
Owner tried to rip me off! We both signed a contract. He would not deliver per the terms of the contract. He dropped me like a rock to move to the next sucker when he realized I would not continue to pay him more money when he was not holding up to his end of the contract. Then he tried not to refund my $12,500 deposit saying it was a retainer. It said on the contract it was a deposit (not a retainer), but he refused to refund my money.
