I highly recommend Outback HQ. We bought our new Tvan Lightning from them 6 months ago. Highly professional, no sales hype just in depth knowledge and helpful information. I highly recommend this place. We bought our new Tvan Lightning from them. We only upgraded because we are mid 70's and some of the new features will allow us to continue to enjoy extreme off roading for a few more years. We wouldn't consider anything other than a TVan - unbeatable when it comes to build quality, off road capability and ease of setup. I found the company and phone support excellent during a recent online purchase. More so due to an error on my end that needed sorting when I purchased on -line!!
Have tried ringing and leaving messages… sent emails and sending messages via their website… wanted to buy a new Cub H14…. No luck… went to Melbourne Camper Trailers in Pakenham instead and bought one there today… Then find out later that Outback HQ are in voluntary administration Had bought a cub here previously… but looks like they’re struggling…
