Great place to look around and ask questions.
This is the 4th time I've needed Tvan parts & despite the new ownership they still don't answer their phones, return messages or reply to email enquires in a timely manner. Via their online shop were unable to order the separate parts needed & when my wife went in person wouldn't break open a kit offering to mail out days later despite having them in stock out the back & her driven hours to get there. Once again we'll order online with Atlas RV in Qld who don't seem to have any of these issues.
I highly recommend Outback HQ. We bought our new Tvan Lightning from them 6 months ago. Highly professional, no sales hype just in depth knowledge and helpful information. The whole sales and delivery process was excellent. Everyone we dealt with was so knowledgeable and friendly They also sold our Tvan Firetail with the same dedication and quality of service. I highly recommend this place. We bought our new Tvan Lightning from them. We only upgraded because we are mid 70's and some of the new features will allow us to continue to enjoy extreme off roading for a few more years. We wouldn't consider anything other than a TVan - unbeatable when it comes to build quality, off road capability and ease of setup.
