First things first, they ordered us the exact camper we wanted at the best price we found. As a side note their brand of campers (Northern Lite) is the BEST 4 season camper out there. Brooke was our sales person and she was kind and accommodating at every turn. She even went as far as contacting the rep to measure the bathroom for us to make sure we could put a composting toilet in and it would fit before we ordered. Great customer service. They stocked the part that we needed, which is a plus with businesses these days.
Update: we have been working with Victor (owner) to ensure that our RV is in working order, he has given his personal attention to our concerns and has taken our feedback seriously, which we appreciate. Excellent follow up from Victor. Terrible service! We bought a brand new trailer, we have had to call twice to get service help, they don't return calls, just have the receptionist take messages. Sold us the ultimate extended warranty package that doesn't include service calls when you need them. Batteries died within 11 mont... read more
