I recently had my car detailed by Sean and his team, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. They did an excellent job, paid great attention to detail, and left my car looking spotless inside and out. Sean and his team were professional, friendly, and took pride in their work. I highly recommend Sean and his team to anyone looking for quality car care and detailing services. Great work, and I’ll definitely be back again!
Had our Subaru Forester, treated with the Graphene (5 year warranty) paint protection. After 4 years the protective coating damaged the rear spoiler and bumper bar. Sean acknowledged that the product used caused the issue. At first said he would help, then would no longer return my calls and after repeatedly attended his workplace was “never there”.Would not recommend.
Worst service I have ever experienced. My husband bought me a gift voucher to Outback Car Care for my birthday and the experience was incredibly disappointing from start to finish. When I arrived to drop my car off, the owner was loudly berating staff and swearing while completely ignoring that a customer was standing there waiting. Great Service, extremely happy with result and great family Business.
Sean and his team were very professional and fast, called in to get my rims coated and was able to fit me in and drop it off the next day in the morning and pick it up in the afternoon. Sean also gave me a lot of tips about keeping my car paint in pristine condition. will come back in the future to get my car protected, would recommend to others and worth the price.
