Jody was incredibly helpful. I needed a rack asap to transport a 24 foot ladder we were renting and he was the only place in town with multiple options in stock! I have lived in Coralville for 18 years and did not know the store existed. The store has a lot of space and product. If he doesnt have it in stock he can usually get it the next business day. Jody has been so helpful to us! We have been trying to get a roof top bike rack figured out in a pinch before a trip and he’s been awesome to work with. Responsive, generous, what a great business! Will be coming back here for sure.

Went in looking for a roof rack, but not sure which type. Jody took a ton of time discussing my options and help me pick a rack that would work for me. I told him I wanted to self install to save money, and he sent me a great instructional video. That made install incredibly easy. I couldn't be happier with the rack. Great business.
