I like that the vet got to the point of my dogs condition and didn't try to sell me stuff that I didn't need. I'm a new customer and will use them from now on.
Little Rock location Ms Morgan and Dr Vaughn was absolutely amazing for our Millie girl yesterday who was hit by a truck. Ms Morgan checked on us throughout the wait (we stayed in our truck so she was not moved a lot before being seen). Her attitude was absolutely positive and she checked on us as we were in the room and when we got the good news that she was going to heal fine she was a hug away! We needed a vet over the new year holiday and our regular vet’s office was closed. Called Out West and they scheduled an appointment for us just an hour from time of the call. The staff were all very professional and friendly. I was given a minimum and maximum estimate at triage, but the total bill was significantly less than the minimum estimated, so they didn’t just run tests for the money. We saw Dr. Karen. This veterinary center gave us an appointment the same day we contacted them about our dog swallowing nonedible items the previous week. They explained their approach to the problem, and our dog passed the materials that same evening after his meal. We really appreciated the thoughtfulness and care that our dog received. He is his happy self again. The staff at the center did a wonderful job.
