I would leave zero stars if that were an option. I would love to leave a review about the doctor or our experience but we didn’t have the opportunity. The front desk lady was so off putting and hard to talk to. We immediately knew this was going to be a bad experience just from her tone. Our dog needed emergency care and it’s $350 for an urgent care visit. We were happy to pay but then we discovered the doctor doesn’t get there until 9 it felt like a waste of money. Dr Karen, Gracie, Maddie, Casey, and rachel take awesome care of both my boys. Winston and cooper are always taken care of and I don’t stress about the care I receive cause it’s always the best here.
Confusing,I would prefer seeing the same doctor each time. The diagnosis and the exam results are different. The fact that they on the other hand, have the equipment to diagnose problems is a plus.
