Nice people. Literally took forever. It took 2 hours for her to even be seen & I had an appointment. Appt was at 2:30 and I didn’t get out before 5:00.
It's been a few months, almost a year, since we had to rush our cat to the vet. We faced the nightmare most male cat owners dread, but the staff was there to walk us through everything. Tiny Cat is the sweetest cat ever and he had a blockage preventing him from urinating. Not only did the staff reassure us, but they also updated us every day after his surgery. He is now on prescription food and thriving!! We take all our pets here and its always the place I recommend to anyone in the area
This place is a complete joke. They take advantage of people and the care is very questionable. After days of not knowing what was wrong with our dog, they decided to do surgery. We were charged over $4000. They didn’t show us any documentation on how they came up with the charges until after they swiped our credit card. There were a bunch of charges that seem redundant and repetitive and they made no mention that they were charging a surcharge to use a credit card.
