Decided to leave a review as I've seen Flo for a few different piercings over the years (before she moved to gibsons from sechelt) and shes always been extremely knowledgeable and easy to get along with. She pierced my daughter this passed weekend (double facial piercings) and my daughter was nervous based on the reviews she read saying that Flo was blunt, rude etc, and our experience was nothing like that. Not a pleasant experience. She’s very blunt, harsh and rough. Impatient. Felt like she’s very much over the ‘customer service’ aspect of her business. Wouldn’t recommend.

Just got two lobe piercings done by Flo a couple days ago and it was a great experience. Flo was very professional and fast and even checked the two piercings I had done earlier this year to see how they were healing. She provided sufficient aftercare instructions and pierced my ears quickly. The shop is very cute and clean and has lots of jewelry options.
