Receptionist utterly lacking customer service skills. We waited far beyond our appointment time due to her failing attempts to get our insurance verified. Eventually she asked for assistance and got us checked in and proceeded with our scheduled appointment. We wasted a net of one and a half hours due to her incompetence.
