I’ve had a really good experience at The Benjamin. The apartments feel spacious and updated, and I appreciate the little things like secure entry and well-maintained common areas. The location is super convenient, with easy access to downtown, parks, and plenty of places to eat without feeling too noisy. Maintenance has been quick and reliable, and the staff are easy to reach when something comes up. Overall, it’s been a comfortable, low-stress place to live, and I’d happily recommend it. :)
The new gate to the parking lot is nice, makes you feel more safe and your car is safe. Nice building and nice management
Being st Benjamin has been a good experience. The bathrooms are especially nice modern, clean, and well designed. The place is maintained and overall just feels high end. Ownership and management is great

Upscale apartments near downtown, everything in walking distance bars, restaurants, downtown, and events. The location is great and friendly the apartments are very nice and modern.
