The team did an excellent job replacing my Poly-B piping with PEX-A. They even went above and beyond by taking care of additional repairs and touch-ups along the way. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process, and the work was completed with precision and care.
I tried to fix my mom's slow-draining kitchen sink, but only made matters worse, and needed a plumber... fast. I contacted Out of This World Plumbing who had done several jobs at mom's house as well as at my own, always to my complete satisfaction. I expected to have to wait a day or two to get the sink fixed, but to my great surprise, I was told that a plumber could drop by within an hour!!! We've always been incredibly happy using Out Of This World Plumbing (have used them since they were DS Plumbing) and our recent service was no exception. We had a new shower kit and a secondary main water shutoff installed as well as one of our toilets reset. Austin and Jeremy were courteous and worked quickly and efficiently. Austin was very knowledgeable and always clearly answered any of my questions. Big thumbs up!
I have used this company since 2008. They are a great reliable and honest company. They take the time to explain the issue and provide options. I signed up for their monthly plumbing plan. It is worth it. I highly recommend this company. Really great technician. David took the time to explain the estimate and took us through the step by step work that needed to be done. Davie has a great attitude and customer service.
Austin and Jeremy came by to help us with a ceiling water spot. They were able to quickly identify the issue, offer us some options regarding repairs, along with making some helpful recommendations for preventative maintenance. They returned the next day to complete the repairs, and professionally and expertly completed the work quickly and efficiently.
