Garry K. and his hardworking assistant, Max, installed two backflow valves, a radon mitigation system, and did some other plumbing repairs including a toilet fill valve. They successfully completed some very challenging and difficult work. Garry explained the work very well, and answered all questions patiently and clearly. All work was completed in a professional, timely and efficient manner. Scheduling/communication through Naomi was very good. I highly recommend Garry K and Out Of This World Plumbing.

We had a sewer backup which was stopped by a backwater valve that this company installed in 2023. Austin came within two hours to clear a root blockage, run a video inspection and apply Root-Ex foam to dissolve loose roots remaining. He was efficient, explaining our options and the reasons to choose them. I recommend him and the company- they have done other jobs for us and are thorough in their work.
Upgraded our water system based on previous recommendation from Austin. Really happy with installation, great communication and time frame to complete install. Highly recommended.
Ethan came to rescue something that went down our kitchen drain, and replaced our wonky faucet while he was at it (he had the exact right model of Moen faucet in his van, we were impressed).
