Reached out to diagnose and repair a toilet seal leak. Taylor arrived within a couple hours and quickly and professionally conducted the repair as well as a few other plumbing items on my to-do list.
Great experience again with OOTWPO. I was able to get a next day appt. Wow! Gary and Nate were just terrific! They were very friendly, respectful & great at explaining procedures as well as answering our questions. In less than 1 hour they were able to solve our laundry tub blockage problem. It looked quite complicated, yet they were able to resolve everything so quickly, neatly and efficiently! Thank you Gary!! Highly recommend!
Was not impressed with this company, appt booked between 11-1, received a call saying there was a delay, did not arrive until after 3, sat in van until after 330. Came in,did not look at anything or run the water to see where it was blocked. He just went to give us estimate for 3 options, third one was replacing all pipes which he recommended and said he could not do anything that day, not until 2 days later.
