I recently attended an event where this coordinator (woman) was in charge, and honestly, it left a bad impression. One of the most frustrating parts of the experience was how controlling and intrusive the coordinator was—particularly about guests serving themselves. It was clear that the hosts wanted a relaxed, help-yourself atmosphere, but the coordinator kept stepping in, insisting on controlling how things were done. Wow! Rhonda and staff from out of the Ordinary were stellar! What a beautiful set up and break down of our wedding. The service through and through was so smooth and caring. Rhonda and her team were amazing!!! I could not have been happier with their services. After my initial plans to DIY most of my wedding set up and decor, I realized well into planning that I would have no time to help set anything up at the venue due to makeup and hair the day of, etc..so I was seriously stressed as I did not have any additional help. Rhonda was an absolutely AMAZING coordinator/decorator for our wedding! I loved working with her. She was always very responsive and willing to work with all the ideas I had in mind. The venue was decorated beautifully by her and her team, and the venue itself was gorgeous as well (The Gardens at Old Town Helotes). I would definitely recommend Rhonda for your wedding/event needs. She made sure everything ran smoothly the whole night. Thank you for making our special day so amazing!!
Honestly I am pretty disappointed. Rhonda made herself out to be exactly what I was looking for, but the day of the wedding was a disaster. They completely disregarded the seating chart I made and my husband pointed this out which caused a huge fight with them saying it was too much work to fix the seating chart. After my husband decided to do it himself, the coordinator FINALLY started fixing the seating chart.
