Out the box definitely hits a homerun with me. I’m convinced they help me avoid surgery with their treatment, knowledge and patience with me. Over two months of coming to my sessions and between Dr. Estefan, Dr. Jesse and Dr. Hannah … The exercises, the stretching, the cupping, the dry needling…. Have all been a perfect solution to my healing.
I used Headway to schedule a consultation. their customer service was very confusing and ended up cancelling my consultation without my permission. They kept asking for my availability when I clearly chose a time and date for my consultation. The attitude was palpable via email. Terrible customer service, 0/10. What a waste of time
