Jennifer did my first tattoo. It hurt so bad but everyone was super laid back and kept me distracted! Love the art work. Love the atmosphere. And it's extremely clean!

I recently had a tattoo done by Jason. I had to wait a while to make an appointment but it was definitely worth it! The environment is wonderful and relaxing and Jason was easy to talk to. I LOVE the work he did on my tattoo. He brought to life my fave little characters from a game and made them so colorful and vibrant. I would recommend Out Of The Blue to anyone and would go back again! Thank you so much!
