Jason did an amazing job on my tattoo. I cant say enough nice things about my experience. I was a first timer and almost passed out. He knew exactly how to respond and was so understanding. I cant count the number of times I get asked "is that real or a tattoo", it's of a leaf with my late dogs nickname on it. The support I received afterwards with all my questions was also a bonus. The work he does is absolutely beautiful and I recommend him to anyone.

Received my first tattoo from Jsin this morning and I was more than pleased with not only the tattoo itself but the customer service I received at the shop. I would recommend this place to anyone and will definitely be going back for my next tattoo!! Seriously he's great at what he does!! Thanks again Jsin!!
Highly recommended!! Out of the Blue is the only tattoo place that I have ever been to that I actually felt comfortable at!! Jsin is an awesome artist and an all around humble and kind person. There will be no place or artist that I will go to 😃😃😃
Jennifer did a fantastic job touching up and giving new life to a tattoo I had for 18 years made me fall in love with it again. She also did two new tattoos for me that I gave her a really rough sketch for and she was able to give me more then I could hope for. I love my tattoos from Jennifer. All future tattoos I receive I will be calling on her to do them.
