If I could give half of a star I would! Kept in good contact about move out. Emptied my unit the day I said I was, have all my messages still. Someone came along and put a bunch of stuff in there and locked it. I have repeatedly told them that is NOT my items and to look at one of their bazillion cameras to see who was in there that day after we emptied it and moved to ANOTHER state!! Still billing me, sent pics of stuff inside, told them I’ve never seen it before in my life, and now a suit to “sell my stuff!!” BEWARE!!
