Diane has gone far above her job description to assist me. I had quite a task in hand and she offered me assistance at every turn. You don't find this kind of customer service just anywhere and these folks are lucky to have her.
I recently stopped by Out of Space Storage while considering a storage unit, and I couldn’t have had a better experience. Diane greeted me as if I were a guest in her own home, warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. The facility was immaculate, easy to access, and incredibly well maintained. Ultimately, I was able to shift a few things around at home and keep my items there for now. Horrible Horrible Horrible Customer Service! Diane very rude and unprofessional
Diane was extremely welcoming and kind from the moment I walked in. She asked if I needed help, offered me water, and was very polite throughout the whole process. Her customer service truly stood out and made the experience memorable. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a friendly and affordable storage unit!
Diane is very professional lady and I appreciate the straight forward yet professional demeanor,we did some striping work for her in her parking lot,you couldn't ask for a nicer more professional lady,thanx again diane.
