Highly recommend this company. Rented a 3 seater for the day and was the highlight of summer activities for the family. Customer Service and machine is worth a 5 star rating. We left from the Evendale Resort and after our day was over my stepdaughter enjoyed a swim in the heated pool and had a awesome supper at the resort. Will be a repeat customer for sure

Our pontoon boat was ready at pickup time of 10am. The boat was spotless. Owner John did a quick review of operation and features and off we went to pick up our passengers. There were 14 of us in total, 8 adults, 3 children, a toddler, and a 6 month old. It was a perfect size for us. Lots of seating, shade for those who wanted it, and sun for those who wanted sun, room to move around with secure exit/entrance gates for the toddler's safety. Called for a rental, there was no answer. They text me back which was fine how ever they said they would get back to me(3days ago). Heard nothing so called and left another message and still heard nothing back from them. Just trying to rent a jet ski for the weekend. They went out of the way to to find this machine on the weekend, even gonna deliver it

We had such an amazing experience with Out Fer a Rip! John was incredibly kind, helpful, and accommodating from start to finish. He set us up with side-by-sides and a gorgeous pontoon boat, and everything was absolutely perfect. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and making sure they have a great experience. We’ll absolutely be booking with John again. Highly recommend!
