My kids and I wandered into to this store and were greeted by the most wonderful employee and her sweet dog. She was so helpful, thoughtful, and wonderful to my family. Thank you!
The tour itself was enjoyable, and our tour guide, Butch, was absolutely great. He was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and made the actual tour a fantastic experience. We really appreciated his attitude and the effort he put into making sure everyone had a good time. Unfortunately, our experience was seriously affected by Kelly at the front desk. The tour itself was enjoyable, and the guides were excellent. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and made the actual experience very enjoyable. Unfortunately, our overall experience was negatively affected by our interactions with Kelly at the front desk. From the beginning, Kelly was rude, disrespectful, and unhelpful. My little family had a great time, meeting the guide/owner was just as enjoyable as the ride! The best photo ops, never had to ask for a quick photo to be taken. Very thoughtful. What a wonderful experience all around and so peaceful. They don't rush you along at all and make sure you know it's your journey and to enjoy it. Thanks so much! Definitely should check it out!
