Terrible customer service experience at coquitlam store by the male cashier. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and reflects poorly on your business. Customers should never be treated with such disrespect. I simply asked a question about the delivery of the furniture piece but the cashier continued to be hostile and dismissive. After our house burned and the insurance company (Intact) failed to handle our claim in a professional manner, we needed to replace items under a time crunch, which meant buying things before we knew room sizes and the like. Oussi stored the items for two years and when our new place's dining room was too small they exchanged the dining set for a smaller one. After visiting many furniture shops, finally I found the dining table and console I have felt in love with. The staff were so kind and helpful. This place has both modern and french style furniture. I like the chic, modern, and simple furniture, and I found what I want their. Highly recommended.
