I got referred to Dr. Ismael’s office by a friend when trying to find a new primary doctor and I’m so glad I listened to him . He’s a great Dr , very wise and professional. His 2 nurses Jackie and Jenny are so sweet and smiley they make you feel so welcomed and comfortable at every appointment. No wonder why they are always busy , this office has a great Dr and great nurses , they are fast and efficient, accommodate you for every issue you are suffering from , super kind and helpful and that speaks for itself .
Dr. Ismael is very personable and a good doctor. His staff is very helpful and polite and professional.

I called in two days ago to get meds refill because my pharmacy can not get in touch with them to refill so I call no answer I called all day till 3 in the afternoon I got thought spoke with the nurse who all way has a rude attitude she never let me take all way taken me and belittle me very rude today I received a call from my insurance to change my doctor's after 2 years just like that after call the office to get my med refilled and I never got out of line with her I gave all respect I just told her why she all way speak ... read more
For the last two days i been call to get my medicine refilled because CVS doesn't stop calling me that they can get in touch with any one from the office the pharmacy try messaging no response from doctor office I finally got to speak with a lady she said she was the nurse who was never rude I informed her that me and the pharmacy has been reach out to get the refill the was never rude I try to talk and talk over me I had ask it she was okay because I just need my medicine not her be so mad I ask what time is lunch hours she... read more
