I ordered a beautiful 2 ct radiant cut lab diamond in a bezel setting to wear for my daughter’s wedding.They sent me a pic and specifics of the diamond and setting, which I greatly appreciated. Once the piece was finished, I received a video of the necklace. The customer service was very accommodating with my timeline for the delivery. I received the necklace just in time to wear at the wedding. I received many compliments on the beautiful diamond.I would highly recommend this company and look forward to ordering again.
So pleased with Ouros! I had seen a ring on another jeweler’s website but couldn’t justify the high price. Instead, I worked with Ouros to design a similar style at a very reasonable price. The ring was custom made and turned out beautifully. Going forward, I will always reach out to Ouros for jewelry designs.
