Have been coming to the gym for the past 2 years and have had nothing but the best experience here. It feels like having a second family here, I couldn’t recommend this gym enough!
I've been going to this gym for many years and I have to say I am sad to leave but it's run it's course. The owner and coaches are great but the gym is extremely messy, disorganized, and dirty. Like piles of clothes and shoes on the floor and shelves that have never been dusted messy. I was able to overlook that because it was cost efficient but now prices are being abruptly raised. I’ve been to a few CrossFit gyms around the country and I must say that Ouroboros is my favorite. Chill vibe, graduated workouts for the less fit amongst us and great complement of equipment. Also, very reasonably priced! Mad respect for Ouroboros!
Great people! Great workouts. Great instruction. Even a middle-aged former athlete with knee and shoulder issues like me can work hard and get stronger and more functionally fit with Mike. Definitely recommend.
