From the minute I walked into Ouro, I was greeted with smiles & amazing service. Thor & the lovely girl at the front with the beautiful pink hair were so kind, answered all my questions, & made me feel super comfortable. Thor was very attentive & walked me through the sterilization process, aftercare, & everything in between. The piercing itself went great, & I love my new daith piercing! I’ll definitely be back and won’t be going anywhere else :-) thanks ya’ll 💐
After another place failed, this place was not only able to save the original piercing but did it with zero pain and its perfect. Thank you so much guys!!! I live in south Florida and Thor will be the only guy ill trust again - I can wait until I’m back in Vancouver.
Really great professional piercers. Got me in last minute during a packed day when I my helix piercing snagged and was pulled out.
I was looking for delicate gold pieces for a few of my piercings and Fernanda & Thor were so patient, kind, and helpful throughout our jewelry appointment. No upselling and incredibly transparent in their pricing!
Very professional. Store setup is clean and safe. The procedure is well explained and done. Staffs are very nice. APP (Association of Professional Piercers) certified too. Highly recommended!
