I went to OURO today to get some sensitive piercings removed. I was pretty anxious about the process and worried about pain. Thor was incredible. He made me feel SO comfortable and thoroughly answered all my questions. He was kind, attentive and made this experience really positive for me. Everyone here is a total pro, lovely to chat to, and can offer helpful guidance. Of the many piercings I have, the one I got done by Thor was the best experience of all. It didn’t bother me once, and healed flawlessly. Whether you’re in the market for some new jewelry or a new piercing, I highly recommend Ouro.
Good jewelry selection. Questionable staff. I went to get new jewelry here. Didn’t get piercings. The salesperson was quite pushy, trying to sell me a jewelry I didn’t have the piercing for. The other staff refused to clean my piercing claiming it might cause bleeding when my original piercing shop cleaned it multiple times for me no problem. Not good and correcting problems. They sent my package to the wrong address that one of their payment processing sites had. Never got a reply. Ill take a refund. I will not do business here again. Its exhausting jumping through hoops that should have been a quick fix. Give me my refund or I will be in contact with the bbb to let them know how the company is conducting business.
