They are so professional and know everything there is to know about thier field of work. They took the time to answer all my questions and concerns. All the equipment was meticulous sterilized and Thor was so patient with my daughter, reassuring her and measuring and marking things before the piercing. He explained all after care procedures patiently and with care. Thank you Thor for a wonderful experience
Highly recommend if you are looking for beautiful unique pieces to add to your ear stack as well as a clinically clean and friendly environment. Stopped by with my sister after randomly stumbling upon this shop and we had the best time choosing new earrings for our piercings. Staff are super friendly and I will 100% be back for more
Stumbled upon this shop and I’m so glad I did! This shop is full of beautiful solid 14/18k gold and diamonds or gem stone pieces to curate a unique design for your ear. The staff are helpful and friendly and this space is very clean, to a clinical level. They use sterilizers for the tools and medical level disinfectants! I had an amazing experience with Jocelyn! She explained everything, was super kind, and calm and patient. I initially went for a consult where Jocelyn explained and answered all my questions. The day of, they explained the sanitation process, the jewelry sizing, and aftercare in detail. I felt like I was in solid hands! It went by super smoothly and it barely hurts now (2nd day). I’m so so happy with it! Highly recommend!
Amazing service from the consultation to the piercing appointment. Fernanda, Jocelyn and Thor were all wonderful. Thank you for making the experience special for our little one. Highly recommended!
