Fernanda is the most helpful and nicest person ever! She has been able to help me with navigating appointments, helped with deciding on the esthetics of certain types of jewelry earlier on when I was getting my first set of piercings and have been extremely patient with me with questions I had about orders. Her business is extremely well run and they make sure every T is crossed and I is dotted. They take hygiene and safety protocols very seriously and have a cute aesthetic to their place. Impressive service and experience, nice and clean environment.
LOVED my experience here!! Staffs were very informative about the aftercare instructions and explained with precise detail! My piercer Jocelyn was very calm, patient, and extremely careful!!, which made me a lot less nervous and tense. I also had to recommend my friends to come and get their piercings here, and even had to get one of them a gift card because of my wonderful experience here:))
