Cris is a highly skilled practitioner who knows the body and its physiology intimately--to an incredible degree. I have come to have the deepest respect for Cris! As a physical therapist, I want to specifically honor his expertise, his gentle humanity, and the impact his work is having on my life. I came in with a pretty long-standing difficulty in movement and pain in my neck and shoulder. That is shifting significantly, AND the pain in my foot that comes and goes and my R leg pain are all taking a more coherent and healing turn for the better. Could not recommend him more highly 💙
I see Cris for visceral manipulation. I have been dealing with severe back pain for most of the year, and for the last 6 months, I’ve tried monthly chiropractic, acupuncture, and massage treatments. However, after just one session with Cris, I felt drastic improvement. I’ve now completed 3 sessions, and with each visit, I continue to feel more relief. I am so thankful for his work.
