A good experience all issues addressed and repaired in a timely manner.
Ourisman is friendly and professional. They were extremely busy when I was in with the 2018 Explorer. The folks got everything done as they were supposed to. Ourisman is the only place we will buy our vehicles. Mike Baker
I received a text that the dealership wanted to buy my truck. I had injured my arm, but I brought my truck up to their dealership. They said that was a automatic text. And they couldn't buy my truck. My husband had bought an F-150 and a day later he bought a Bronco. I left the dealership in tears. They don't stand behind their word🥹
Service department was very helpful. I was in and out for an oil change as promised. Alaina was very helpful.
