Since Oursman purchased Ramsey Ford the service has gone downhill. I have a 2022 F250. I originally brought it in at 10,000 miles for the regular service and to have a noise, that sounded like a loose heat shield vibration. The service department completed the service and said they could not find the source of the noise, but they did find that there were a lot of metal shavings in the rear axel, they had it for about a week and replaced the gears in the rear, still the noise remained. I took my truck in for a window replacement and spray-in bed liner. Not exactly sure how they dis it, but they managed to use almost 1/4 tank of gas driving it to rhinoliner in DE amd back. I also have the large 36 gallon tank. That's impressive!

Very friendly and helpful. I was having engine issues due to a recall and the wait to get an appointment at other Ford dealerships was weeks. I called Ourisman and Kenny said bring it in the next day. Highly recommend.
Had three 550s that needed oil changes every shop wanted to put them out a week or so to get done and they took them on same day
