5 hours for a oil change, tire rotation, filter change, and inspection? Could have done it in 20 minutes at Valvoline for half the price. Just find a local shop and avoid this place. They only got one poor guy working the service desk, get him some help!
Had a recent Waldorf Subaru service performed. The service involved a third party with a warranty issue. The service dept. went to bat for us and in the end saved us hundreds of dollars. Thank you Waldorf !
I was told that my service was going to take 3 hours. I’m currently sitting in the lobby at the 8 hour mark… Apparently no loaner is available and I’m really hoping I can at least get my car back today. This is my first time coming here. Goodbye to my day off. I won’t be coming back.
