My car buying experience was great, couldn’t ask for better. This was our third Subaru and the fifth including family members overall from Ourisman Subaru. Robb Jones and the rest of the sales staff were friendly and professional. Really enjoyed the experience and I’m certainly enjoying my new Subaru Outback.
Very happy with my overall experience with the service department. Had to have my car towed to the dealership. I rented a car from across the street and waited to hear back. Unfortunately I did call once a day to find out the status of my car. Only to be told they’d call back later.. After a few days I finally got ahold of someone and they had finally found out the problem! It was fixed and would be ready to pick up that day. I was pleasantly surprised how fair they charged me. In June 2025, I traded in my vehicle and purchased a new one through [Dealership Name]. As part of the transaction, the dealership agreed to pay off the remaining balance on my trade-in vehicle. However, due to internal delays and a lack of proper communication, the payoff was not sent to the lienholder in a timely manner.
