Alyssa was great to work with, no real surprises and was happy with my price in the end. The out the door price I was told over the phone was what I received and their processing/doc fee was way less than what I was being told by some other dealers. The business office predictably did their whole dog and pony show about extended warranties and maintenance plans, but didn't push it with any high pressure tactics or anything and dropped it once we made it clear we weren't interested. Harley helped me out buying my ID.Buzz and did a fantastic job, I would strongly recommend working with her. Of course, even a great salesperson is no substitute for doing your car research before heading to the dealership, so remember to do that as well!
