Outstanding! I did not expect to receive a video walk-around of the inspection of my car. Everything was great from scheduling, dropping off, servicing, and picking up my car. I had such an amazing time at Mitsubishi! From the time I got out the door, Larry was there to greet me. Shannon ended up being the lady that I worked directly with. She was phenomenal!! She worked super hard to keep me in the loop, communicate with me and the technicians and ensure that I had everything that I needed! Maggie was the manager at the time and she was great as well!!
