Absolutely terrible service experience. The oil light came on in my car last week, which is one of those terrifying things you don't want to see - it's often the last sign before catastrophic damage occurs to your engine. My usual mechanic was unable to work on my car for another week, so he suggested I take it to a dealership as it might still be under warranty (spoiler: it was not). genuinely one of the worst auto service experiences of my life, can't even talk to someone and they seem ideologically opposed to communicating with you when they have your vehicle
