Never go here. I got my car serviced there ONCE and they have not stopped spamming my email since. I have unsubscribed, I have contacted them three times to remove me from their mailing lists, and they still keep emailing.
please avoid this place like the plague and if it’s not too late avoid buying a Kia in general. The 2021 k5s have blower motor issues hence the extended warranty. I brought my vehicle here last year to get the issue fixed. After giving me the runaround for months, finally being given a rental after initially being told they “don’t do that”, finally getting the part they needed after several delays, the problem was temporarily resolved earlier this year. The customer service is phenomenal! This is the only place I go to get my vehicle serviced because of their efficiency and professionalism. Special thanks to Diego and Nelson, were my service representative, vey friendly and helpful and they always do great job, answered all of my questions and had my vehicle completed in the estimated time, thanks again, highly recommend
