Bought a car from them on the condition that they would give me all weather mats. The salesman Marcus had me sign a piece of paper that said they owed me the mats. A month later and still no mats and no communication from Marcus. I haven’t made the first payment on the car yet and I’m looking into voiding the sale because they broke their end of the agreement. Avoid this place at all costs. Update: Called the general manager and left a message. No call back. Filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
0 stars. Scam service. Avoid at all costs. Reputable service shop could hardly stop laughing when I described the issue and what ourisman kia of bethesda attempted to "fix" and charge. Basically paid $250 to get my car back from them so it could actually be easily fixed.
I purchased a used Tesla from Ourisman Kia of Bethesda on June 29, 2025, and it has been the most stressful and disappointing car-buying experience of my life. The car was delivered with a dashboard full of warning signals. I was told at purchase these were just “surface errors” Tesla needed to clear. Car purchase went extremely smooth and as expected. Purchased car remotely, then made a four hour drive to pick it up. There were no surprises, and process was quick.
