I rarely leave bad reviews, but this feels necessary. I initially called and spoke with someone who gave me a clear timeline and expectations. Later, someone else called back and said that timeline wasn’t possible — which is totally fine, things happen. What wasn’t okay was the way the situation was handled. This review is intended for management and ownership oversight. I arrived for a scheduled 11:00 a.m. appointment and was briefly instructed to park by an employee exiting the building. Upon entering the facility, there was no greeting or acknowledgment from staff. I remained standing for several minutes while approximately four to five employees sat at desks, several appearing to be on their phones. No one initiated assistance. I took in a Jeep Cherokee for service and there were signs that the engine was bad and these guys missed it and did $1000 worth of maintenance work and my car overheated a few days later and when it got towed in, they said I needed a new engine. Apparently the tech didn't realize the color of the coolant was wrong because oil had leaked into the coolant from a bad head gasket. Don't bring your vehicle here if its still under warranty. THEY WON'T PERFORM SERVICES. In addition they will not mention this if placing a call to the establishment. Which leads me to say, Deceptive Practices.
