I've been bringing my aging jeep to Ourisman for a few years now and they've always been very expeditious with the work needing done. Very thorough inspections have led to critical components being identified for replacement where most places would likely have not been so prudent. Most recently, Service Advisor Josh Ramkissoon has been most professional in being very communicative and honest with expected completion times and unbiased feedback regarding the work needing to be done.

The best service experience I have had at a dealer in a very long time. Christian our service tech was super responsive and the system they have to manage the repair process is fantastic, would highly recommend.

Fully expected to walk in and be at the very least hassled if not also hussled. I've been to a couple of "reputable" service centers that have tried cost gouging to the point of out of court settlements. Love the text based inspection updates, report, and option to add services during the visit. Would be great if the review captures technician comments and amplifying details. Great service. Casual but very courteous and considerate. Will revisit this service center
