I took my 2010 Jeep JK to Ourisman Jeep Bethesda with a #3 misfire (P0303). The misfire was every stoke so I figured is was either the spark, wire, or coil. It was over 100 degrees and I didn't want to work on it in the hot sun so I took it to Ourisman Jeep in Bethesda. They had recently replaced the #3 the spark plug so I figured they didn't seat the boot properly and would just put it back on for no charge. Second time having a poor scheduling and service experience with Ourisman dealerships. Poor at responding, modified appointments without consulting, generally unfriendly staff.
Earlier this week I was severely overcharged for parts and labor and diagnostic services on my 2020 Jeep Cherokee. I was told that I needed a water pump only after I was forced to agree to pay for a battery that did not need to be replaced. I spent $775 for a car that I could not drive away in and spent money towing in and out of there. I wish I were notified that I needed a new water pump prior to being forced to pay for a new battery with labor. This shop, technicians and staff was beyond amazing especially Roxy and Chris! I decided to have my Jeep Grand Cherokee towed here after having several mechanics tell me different things and seeing oil leaking. The way I was treated was beyond amazing. I was very nervous about the dealership pricing but they worked with my budget and helped me with other options like financing.
