TL;DR; I was very disappointed with my experience at this dealership, I will very likely never be returning here again. They have a horrible lack of communication, inaccurate time estimates, and the shuttle service is unreliable. I came in for a repair of an oil filter housing leak that Firestone found that was under warranty. I was told that it should take 2-3 hours when setting up the appointment. Took my car in for a check engine light diagnosis. I told the attendant that I had a ride. I wasn’t told a timeframe but that they would be in touch. Four days later, and zero communication, I called and got someone who said they would send over my estimate. I received it, made my decisions, sent it back and heard nothing from them for another three days. I called multiple times to no avail. Worst dealership to deal with. I brought my car in for a warranty recall for the rearview camera. 3 months shy of being a year of no calls to say they have the part. I’ve called multiple times to ask and okay the musical phone game and being passed to person to person. Leave voicemails and no response. Called again today to service they transferred me to parts.
