German was amazing really nice and educated me on what my car needed to be done what was urgent and what could wait a little.
German Alfaro was a fantastic advisor to work with—helped me understand options for repair, applied discounts to help reduce the cost, and ensured that service was prompt. Only point that Ourisman should reconsider is the 3% service charge for credit cards, seems outmoded for 2025.
